HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!

Guess who's 25 today? This girl! I've always loved my birthday, and birthdays in general and we always celebrate by having a pretty chill day, eating my favourite dinners (usually tacos or chili), having a few friends over for cake and relaxing. This year we pretty much tapped ourselves out with the vacation so it won't be an exciting birthday (reserving the fun for this weekend!), but that's no reason not to celebrate! So, I thought it would be fun to share some things that make me really happy today, just for fun. This is much like Top 5 Friday except it's more than 5 items and it's my birthday so it's better, right?

Let's begin with the September Giveaway - wow what a turn out! I am so excited about this goodie bag and I'm happy to announce that our winner is Christen Dobbs!!!! Congrats! I've sent you an email with all the details! (A new winner will be announce by Friday if no response is received within 48 hours). The runner up for the $10 store credit is Jem! Thanks everyone for playing!

I'm terrible at waiting for albums to come out and I am so so excited that Kings Of Leon's new album leaked earlier this week. Such an amazing album, I'm actually partially surprised to be honest. I can't stop listening to it though, it's so beautiful.

Also, the new Arctic Monkeys album is pretty good, too. Not my favourite of theirs but it's a step in a good direction.
This rug from Urban Outfitters, heellloooo how cute is that? Also, Urban Outfitters is having a sale today until the 22nd, 30% off all sale items in store and online! What a deal, hurry quick!

Timberlake Tuesdays. What's not to love?

Skate 4 Cancer merch. I just LOVE it. And aren't Rob and Natasha like, the cutest couple ever? I thought so, too.

Season 3 of New Girl started last night - and I for one, could not be happier about it.

This photo of Becky and I always makes me smile. Miss you butt head.

My favourite New Arrivals at Modcloth are:
1 // 2 // 3 // 4 // 5 // 6

People I share a birthday with: Fred Willard, Jada Pinkett Smith, James Gandolfini, Dee Dee Ramone and one of my favourite people ever, Jason Sudeikis!

$30 Dear Creatures dress sale over at ever+mi.crush - what a deal!

To celebrate my 25th birthday, I'm giving everyone 25% off my entire Etsy shop today and tomorrow with the coupon code BDAY25! Enjoy, tell your friends, shout it from rooftops - whatever seems the funnest.

Ah hell, might as well add to the party and give everyone a FREE pair of gumdrop earrings in the colour of your choice with a purchase of $10 or more.

And of course, these two make me the happiest of all. I feel so lucky!

Happy Wednesday everybody!

THE HAPPENINGS

It's been awhile since I've done one of these posts and I thought it'd be cool to recap what the happenings are. Between taking care of Josie and sewing new items for my shop, I do actually have the time to sit back and enjoy other things as well. So, I am currently:

Doing:
- Waiting for the Pearl Jam countdown clock to stop.. it's been an excruciating seven days. 2 more hours and 13 minutes to go!

Watching:
- The final season of Dexter started last week, so best believe I will have my eyes glued on that show until the finale.

- The new season of True Blood. I got hooked when it first started, and no matter how ridiculous it gets I'm still hooked.
- Drunk History - Because who doesn't want to see Dave Grohl dressed up and acting out an old scene of history, as told by a really drunk guy?

Listening To:

To see more of what I'm listening to, check out my last.fm.

Reading:
- I really wish I had time to read, and when I do, I just couldn't be bothered.

Crushing On:
- Jada Sezer. She is so beautiful and confident. I wish I was her sometimes.

What have you guys been up to lately? What shows are on right now that have you on the edge of your seat?
