China Glaze in X-Ta-Sea
Essie Good To Go Top Coat
I had it on my wishlist last week, and ordered my first polish from it: X-Ta-Sea. For years, I've been on the hunt for the perfect purple. Not too cool, not too warm, a nice thin application and doesn't get sticky on me after a few uses. I find purple get sticky quick, do you? Anyway, this purple is fantastic. It's not quite the perfect purple but it will do.
The photos don't even do it justice, as it makes the purple look more cool than it really is. It's actually my idea of a true purple, which makes sense because it's described as simply just "purple creme". I have so many ideas for this purple so you'll probably be seeing it a lot in the future. My next purchases from this collection: Wait n' Sea and Seas The Day.
I've recently taken a liking for purple nail polish. I just got this shade myself but I haven't tried it on yet. I can't wait to have more time to do more nail art... it's so much fun! I feel your pain though, not having enough time. I want to try lighter shades of purple too, like lilac! :)
