style // cemetery trail

The weather was so nice yesterday! The snow is finally starting to melt so Jesse and I took a bike ride outside of town to our local cemetery. The snow was still pretty high there and they don't plow the walkways. We toughed it out anyway to visit some of my family.

There's a hidden trail near our cemetery (we call it the "back road" if you catch my drift). We couldn't get our bikes through the snow so we just left them and took a stroll. It was really nice to see some greenery. The buds are starting on the maples which means Spring is finally coming!

Jesse said my hat clashed with the rest of my outfit but I thought it brought it all together. I got it from my lovely friend Amy's Instagram shop and I am just smitten with it. I have to use it as much as possible while it's still cold out. What do you think?

    1. Oh we usually get hit with snow for a long time every year - but this year is was probably triple or quadruple the amount! Lake Huron was almost completely frozen over this year and that hasn't happened in years.
