This manicure looks way cooler in person, I promise. All I did was matte over black polish and then made glossy polka dots with the dotting tool. I should have waited longer before doing the dots but I was in a rush to get them painted before Kings Of Leon yesterday. I must say I'm pretty impressed with how it turned out and I wish the lighting in my house would do it more justice.
