REVIEW // RED BUBBLE

Hey dolls! Today I have something pretty cool to share with you. Redbubble goodies!

Have you ever used Redbubble before? It's pretty great, actually. It's a place where you can buy or sell independent art and have it put on basically anything you can think of: shirts, baby onesies, sweaters, posters, stickers and even phone cases! So when Redbubble approached me to review their product I jumped right on the opportunity. I was given a gift certificate to order whatever I pleased. Oh boy, that was a task. How do you choose out of thousands of different artists, millions of prints? I'll be honest, it took me probably a week to decide what I wanted. (You can find a complete list of all the art prints I chose below.)

One of the things I ended up choosing was this awesome Ouija board print on black. I am usually pretty wary with sizing because I'm such a weird shape. But because they print on American Apparel tees, I figured my regular size (XL) would be okay. I do feel like I could have sized up though. The fabric is so soft and nice but it was just a tad short for my torso. Luckily for me, my bestie is obsessed with this shirt so she will be getting a nice pressie in the mail soon! The print on it is really good quality. It seems like it will last wash after wash and not crack.

I still had some of my gift cert left, and I really wanted to get a variety of products so I could do a great review of their company as a whole, and not just by one product. So, I decided to get some things to decorate my studio. Plus, stickers are friggin' awesome.

The postcards are printed on thick, good quality card stock and were exactly what I was hoping for. The only thing I didn't like is that when they were cut, part of the horse print was left on the end of the Incubus print. I trimmed it before I took photos and it looks fine now, aside from the fact that the Incubus print is a tad skinny now. It was probably just a fluke and I'm not too worried about it.

The stickers are perfect. Such a great size and they're printed on a really nice, thick sticker sheet. I put these on my sewing machine. I pulled one off to re place it and it still stuck back perfect and hasn't peeled back off.

My only qualm with Redbubble is the shipping. Although it's super speedy fast, they sent it to me in three separate packages. I didn't mind it, personally, but some people may be irritated by it. If they could change that system somehow, it would be the cherry on top of a very yummy cake.

Overall, I think Redbubble is a great website for finding that unique piece of art for your home and I highly recommend them! Support your independent artists!
