WHAT I WORE // WHERE IS AUTUMN?

Tank Top // ASOS Maternity
Skirt with Belt // ASOS Curve
Shoes // Ardene
Deer Skull Necklace // Etsy
Sunglasses // eBay
Plugs // eBay

I didn't ask for this heat - I demand a refund.
Actually, I don't mind it that much, because it gives me an opportunity to still wear my skirts but also throw on a cardigan if I want. I know I shouldn't nitpick at my photos because they probably aren't that bad - but these feel like a series of selfies, and I so hate getting my photo taken, even if it's being taken by me (or my mom!). I guess it's something I should get used to eventually. And I felt that it's been awhile since I've done an outfit post. I still need to figure out what happened to my camera, so for now I'm just using a pocket camera, which makes it hard to take a quality photo for details. Editing is also impossible.

Anyways, enough complaining about these photos. I really love this outfit and I'm glad I can still wear it in the winter, because this skirt is pretty heavy and will look great with tights. I've been adding more colour to my wardrobe and this red skirt is a big game changer for me. I never wear red. Don't ask me why, I just don't. I get lots of compliments on it though, so maybe I should wear red more often.

How has the weather been for you - is it still skirt worthy?

P.S Yes, that is a maternity top! It's nice and long and oh so comfy - I have it in a few colours. The necklace was purchased a long time ago and I can't remember the shop but they're a dime a dozen.

  1. Cute! I'm used to it still being hot, but this is my first autumn in Denver and I'm so glad it's been cool and pleasant! I do not like the summer heat...
