So, early in my blog I posted a list of 25 things I would like to accomplish before I turn 25 in September. The number one thing I've been struggling with post baby (or actually my entire life), is losing weight. When I first had Josie though, I immediately lost 35lbs. I was like wow - this is going to be a breeze!
It's taken me two months to lose 8 more pounds and it's been the hardest obstacle ever. I've proportioned my meals, I try to eat better things, I exercise when I can and I take at least one long walk a day. And still, nothing. I'm stuck in between 3lbs and I just seem to be hopping back and forth. Never going anywhere.
This is less of a post and more of just a question: Does anyone have any tips for weight loss?

Sorry, I don't have tips, but can definitely sympathize. After I had my first son I immediately lost so much weight, it totally blew my mind, I was smaller than I had ever been before (usually a size 8-10 went down to a 2) I got pregnant with my second child 3 months after having my first, and after him I lost a lot of weight as well, but not as drastic as the first time. I plateau'd and was never able to break that certain # on the scale again.Since I've been yoyo-ing like crazy, but for me personally I have to say that the most weight I have been able to lose was doing a super lame exercise video (totally makes me sound like a soccer mom, I know!) but it worked...it's sticking to it that hasn't been as easy...
ReplyDelete(Just in case you'd want to know, I used Turbo Jam)
That's good though! I'd love to have a video it would probably help me stick to a routine. I use apps to keep track of my eating (Livestrong) and exercise (Fitocracy) but that's about it. I was overweight before I had the baby but I figured cause I lost the baby weight so fast that I should probably just keep going.
